Charming Little One Blue Navy & Red Marley Bubble

This romper is navy and white gingham print featuring a sweet rounded Peter Pan collar with delicate red piping around the edge.  The short flutter sleeves give it a soft feminine touch.

Down the front, there are vertical red trim accents that complement the collar detailing.  The waist is gathered and cinched with two wide grosgrain ribbon ties that form bows on each side, creating a charming silhouette
