Cape Point Seashell Dress

This is a sweet, costal-inspired toddler dress has a soft, summery feel.  It features a white base fabric printed with pastel seashells and starfish in shades of pink, mint green and light blue.

The boddice is a solid white with delicate pink lace across the chest and arm openings.  There are wide button straps.  The dress is gently gathereed for a full, puffy silhouette.
