Blu & Blue Quincy Embroidered Dress

A sweet light blue chambray dress featuring a rounded scalloped yoke trimmed with delicate white floral embroidery.  It has long puff sleeves with elastic cuffs and is sprinkled with small white embroidered flowers throughout.  The gathered skirt gives it a pretty, full shape finished with a simple denim hem.
